hi phyllis! thanks for stopping by... the cupcakes were just regular mini cupcakes and i cut the red fondant with a circle cookie cutter. The apple stems are pretzels and i free handed the leaves. :) hope you give them a try... you can use regular frosting too if fondant is not to your taste. they are quite easy and you can use any apple muffin recipe for them!
Wow! How did you make them look so round? A special baking pan?
